Rolando Garcia, owner, is a licensed and insured flooring installation, painting, finish carpentry and waterproofing contractor with over 25 years experience.  He will take extra time to work with you and customize the kitchen and bathroom of your dreams.  We start off by reviewing your ideas and taking precise measurements of your kitchen or bath.  We then offer different design ideas using our 3D software and even try to expand the space for a more open feel.  We are able to print out different versions of your project.  We can even relocate cabinets, appliances and add islands for maximum storage and function.

We then work within your budget to come up with a plan that is affordable and stylish.  We can even recommend specific stores for the highest quality cabinetry, countertops, flooring and fixtures.  For flooring, we recommend Floor and Decor which has a wide and affordable selection.

The last step is the action phase where we streamline the construction within an appropriate time frame which we will provide you.  Please check with your city on permit approval timelines when planning your renovation.  We provide permit application services and tackle the legwork of the application process for your city so that you don’t have to!

If you need a plumber, we work hand-in-hand with plumbers to complete your project.  If you have one already, that’s great!  If not, we will find one in your area to install any needed fixtures or appliances if this is a part of your project.  We are also experts in repairing faulty bath installations.
