Remodeling my kitchen and re-tiling the house was something that I have wanted to do since we purchased our home 3 years ago. I was very hesitant, but I am glad I finally did it! Rolando was there every step of the way, always answered my texts/calls, and advocated for me on numerous occasions. He coordinated all necessary work, such as plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, and fabrication and delivery of countertops. He NEVER expected me to accept a substandard or defective product and at times even pointed out flaws I missed and made the necessary changes to make it right. Given the pandemic, there were a few delays with the replacement of kitchen cabinet doors and the purchase of more tile for the bathroom, but Rolando kept me informed every step of the way. He is knowledgeable and will treat every inch of your home as if it were his own! He is professional, punctual, and honors his word, which is a very rare quality to find in this business. Rolando's #1 priority is customer satisfaction and it shows. I recommend him 100%; no matter how big or small the job or the issue is, Rolando will come out on top (and so will you)!

Rolando and his team are hard working people. He goes the extra mile to ensure that he uses good quality products on the floor. He will inspect the product and will return it if it is defected. He will take the time to inspect the product one by one if needed to ensure it is in top condition before delivering it to the job site. He is well knowledge on installing floors. The only advice I give to people, especially if you are in a fixed budget, is to remove the carpet and padding first before getting any initial quote in case the floor needs repair before installing the tiles like it did in my place. Rolando is a master in repairing floors, but it was about 33% more from the actual cost of installing tiles to repair the floor. It is important to have a strong foundation on the floor so the tiles will last for many years. Overall, he did an excellent job and was immediately available to answer my calls.
